1. Who We Are & Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of Speekera ("the App"), a dating conversation analysis and coaching tool operated by Adam Kalinowski, Aleja Solidarności 13, 15-751 Białystok, Poland. By using the App you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Contact: [email protected]
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old. The App does not provide matchmaking, messaging, or dating profiles — it analyzes content you choose to submit.
3. Your Content
You may paste chat text or upload screenshots for analysis. You represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate others' rights or applicable law. Do not submit illegal, harassing, or non-consensual intimate content.
4. AI Features & Disclaimer
The App uses automated AI to generate analysis, bios, and reply suggestions. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are for informational purposes only — not professional, psychological, legal, or relationship advice. You are solely responsible for messages you send to others.
5. Account
Keep your login credentials secure. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.
6. Subscriptions
If offered, subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase, renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions), and are subject to Apple's terms. Use Restore Purchases to recover entitlements on a new device. Refunds are handled by Apple.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not reverse engineer the App, scrape our services, automate requests to bypass limits, or attempt unauthorized access.
8. Availability
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. The App is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before a claim, where permitted. EU consumers retain mandatory statutory rights.
10. Termination & Deletion
You may stop using the App anytime. Delete your account in Settings → Delete Account. See our Privacy Policy for data handling after deletion.
11. Governing Law
Polish law and EU consumer protections apply. Disputes: courts of Poland. EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
