How the app works
VoiceLab analyzes your voice to help you improve your speaking. Record yourself reading a text, answering a question, or speaking freely. We provide metrics on clarity, tempo, structure, energy, and confidence, plus your voice archetype (Analyst, Leader, Storyteller, or Connector).
Your recordings and analysis results sync across your devices when you're signed in. Premium access unlocks full analysis and personalized feedback.
Common issues
Login problems — Sign in with Apple or Google. Make sure you're using a stable internet connection. If sign-in fails, try again. Ensure you're not blocking required permissions.

Microphone / recording issues — Grant microphone permission when prompted. Record in a quiet environment. If recording fails, check that no other app is using the microphone. Restart the app if needed.
Analysis not loading — Ensure you're signed in and have a stable connection. Premium analysis requires an active subscription. Try Restore Purchases in Settings if your subscription should be active.
Crashes or freezes — Force-quit the app and reopen it. Ensure your device has the latest iOS. If it persists, email us at [email protected] with your device model and what you were doing when it crashed.
Subscription help
How to restore purchases — Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. If your subscription is still active with Apple, premium access will be restored.
Premium didn't unlock — First, tap Restore Purchases in Settings. Wait a few seconds. If it still doesn't work, check that you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. You can also check in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to confirm the subscription is active.
Manage or cancel subscription — Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (or Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) on your iPhone or iPad. Select VoiceLab to view, change, or cancel your subscription.
Account & data
Delete account — In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. You can also email us at [email protected] and we will process your deletion request.
Request data deletion — Email [email protected]. We will delete or anonymize your personal data (including voice recordings and analysis results) unless we must retain it by law. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.
